Privacy policy
We collect as little as possible. This policy explains what little we do process and the rights you have under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
Who is responsible
The TARA777 Guide (tara777.live) is responsible for personal data processed through this website. Contact: Justin Borromeo, jborromeo@tara777.live. We are an independent guide, not the TARA777 operator; any account you create with an operator is governed by that operator's own privacy notice.
What we collect
- Emails you send us. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and time of request, to keep the site secure and working.
- No accounts, no payments. This site has no sign-up, no comments and no payment forms. We never ask for passwords, OTPs or ID documents.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits in aggregate: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. Google sets cookies to do this and processes the data on our behalf. We do not use advertising trackers. See the cookie policy for details and opt-out options.
Why we use it
We use emails only to reply to you and to correct our content. Server logs are used for security, troubleshooting and preventing abuse. Analytics data is used only in aggregate, to see which guides are useful and which need updating. Our lawful bases are your consent (when you contact us) and our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
How long we keep it
Emails are kept for up to 12 months after the conversation ends, then deleted. Server logs are kept by our host for a limited period according to its standard retention settings.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is shared only with service providers needed to run the site (such as hosting, email and Google Analytics), or when required by law.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to erasure or blocking, to rectification, to data portability and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To exercise any right, email us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
